Illumina Candle Supplies is the sister company to Downlights. Like you, we are trying to create a product that can be priced affordably for consumers and still make a profit. If you are looking to broaden your range and start to sell in retail stores, every cent helps you reach the margins you need to be profitable AND to ensure retailers can get the markup you want.

Downlights orders custom glassware on behalf of numerous companies > whether it be for candles, diffusers and more. Whenever we are ordering from one of our suppliers, we can offer you the opportunity to join in on a pre-order.  Each company we work with has different offerings and we order from different companies at different times.

Consulting Fee

We charge a one off consulting fee of $155 to  communicate back and forth (and back and forth) between our supplier, freight forwarders and you to cover all the details.

All information is stored for future use so you will not be charged this fee again if you are ordering the same products. We generally need 1000 to 2000 units of 1 style to place an order > sounds like a lot but it’s not if 4 people are buying the same glassware/vessel.

The goal is to find 2 or 3 other people who want the same container as you, so the volume of the order goes up, and the price goes down and then you don’t have to commit to a large quantity. We do all the negotiating for you, all the communication, AND all the logistics.

We have brilliant long term relationships with our suppliers and they value our patronage, which ensures you are getting the best quality at the best price. We will NOT sell this glassware on our website.

You also have the option to piggyback on one of Downlights existing styles when we are ordering. For example, if we were ordering mini’s and you wanted 500 blue dotted mini’s, we would ensure we add this to our order so you have the stock you need.
