How It Works:

• Sample Selection: Two to three times per year, you will be couriered a range of fragrance  samples to explore from our diverse array of over 10,0000 fragrance samples. They will be selected according to the upcoming trading season and most importantly, they are exclusive to a select group of loyal customers. These fragrances will not be sold on our website- they are exclusive to a specific group of customers per seasonal offer.
• Collaborative Ordering:  Individuals will  join forces with other members of our exclusive group to place bespoke orders. This collaborative approach allows us to offer you unique, custom fragrances at a more accessible price.  We need a total of 20kg’s per fragrance to place an order, so ideally, each person would order a minimum volume of 5kg, to limit the number of people across NZ and Australia using the same fragrance. 
• Bespoke Fragrance Creation: Our skilled perfumery team will select the most current and seasonally relevant fragrances to offer for each collaboration. Each item is hand made to order using the highest quality fragrance oils to offer premium fragrance creations.
• How Long Will the Fragrance Last: Once a fragrance container is opened, it will last for 3 years, ensuring your fragrance is stored in a cool dark place. So have no fear, you will have ample time to use it all!  
• Pricing: We will provide you with a price breakdown from 20kg to 100kg> this way, if one individual commits to a larger volume, and it bumps the order to a higher volume, it will reduce the overall price for everyone.
• Ordering: Once we have collated the fragrance orders, we will pull together the total pricing per fragrance, for each customer and get the final sign off from everyone. At this point, you will be invoiced for your fragrance commitment and the order will be placed with the manufacturer. All orders require prepayment for the manufacturing to commence.
• Time Frame: We will allow 2 weeks for submissions for selections to be made after we have couriered the samples, then allow an additional 2 weeks in the event we need to find 1 or 2 more customers to join the order to reach an MOQ for each fragrance.  4 weeks is needed for the manufacturing process and 5 working days for the fragrance to arrive via sea freight. 
• International Delivery: The fragrance will be delivered to Illumina Candle Supplies and then dispatched to everyone directly, or it can be collected. At this stage, you will be invoiced for the NZ courier fee as well as a portion of the international costs of bringing the fragrance into NZ. This cost will be shared between all buyers, and we will provide freight estimates prior to ordering, as freight prices change regularly.
