SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING & RETURNS SHIPPING WITHIN NEW ZEALAND 

We are proud to hand pour our candles in Mount Wellington, Auckland, New Zealand, and we offer free shipping on all NZ orders over $275. 

• Once you place your order, you will be sent a tracking number so you can follow it en route to your door direct from our factory. 
• NZ Post sends all Illumina Candle Supplies Australian parcels.
• Deliveries to the Auckland region will be dispatched within 1-3 days after your order is placed.
• Deliveries to the North Island will be dispatched within 2-4 days after your order is placed.
• Deliveries to the South Island will be dispatched within 2-4 days after your order is placed.
• Rural deliveries may take longer.
• Please note we do not deliver to PO boxes.

SHIPPING TO AUSTRALIA 

We love our cousins and want Australians to receive the same advantages as New Zealanders. 
• All orders are dispatched from our Mount Wellington, Auckland premises.
• NZ Post sends all Illumina Candle Supplies Australian parcels.
• Deliveries to Metro Sydney, Melbourne, and Brisbane will be received within 3-6 days after your order is placed.
• Deliveries to New South Wales, Queensland, ACT, and Victoria will be received within 3-6 days after your order is placed.
• Deliveries to the rest of Australia will be received within 3-10 days.
• Rural deliveries may take longer.
• Please note we do not deliver to PO boxes.

REST OF THE WORLD 

We have had such tremendous international support, and we are pleased to offer shipping to Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom, and Europe.
• Go Sweet Spot liaises with Omni Parcel for our International services.
• Most deliveries will take 5-10 working days, and we appreciate your patience.
• Rural deliveries may take longer. • Please note we do not deliver to PO boxes.
• We subsidise our International Shipping Rates to make this service more affordable for our valued clients around the world.

DAMAGED ITEMS

Should your candles be damaged on arrival, please take a photo of the damage, including the shipping box it was sent in, and email this to us HERE to assist us with expediting a replacement or refund. 

Please allow 3 to 7 days for this to be processed, and thank you in advance for understanding we cannot refund courier fees. We do make every effort to ensure your order is packed beautifully so you can receive it in perfect condition. Sometimes on the journey damage occurs, and we are more than happy to resolve the issue. Please allow 3 to 7 working days for us to process returns. Please note, we are not able to refund shipping fees.

ORDER CANCELLATION 

As long as your order has not been dispatched from our Mount Wellington factory, we are more than happy to refund your credit card with the appropriate amount. Please contact us HERE as soon as you can as we have a very fast turnaround on deliveries.
